The story of

BRITISH COLUMBIA COLLEGE

British Columbia College (BCC) is a K-12 International Co-educational institution established in 2016. Situated in the city of Accra (Ghana), BCC is affiliated to Ridley College, Ontario (Canada) and Rosedale Academy, Ontario (Canada) for the Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD). BCC is also accredited by Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) for the Cambridge International Primary Program (CIPP), Checkpoint, IGCSE, AS/A-Level.

Our prime objective is to engage and deliver life-transforming educational services and programs to learners as young as six (6) months old (pre-school) through eighteen (18) years old (High School). We do this by harnessing our VISION, MISSION and VALUES through our dedicated and experienced teachers in a stimulating, conducive and enabling environment.

We adopt the project–based and learner-centered approaches to teaching and learning where majority of our student’s learning experiences are more inclined to the constructivism thought pattern. This is where learners discover and acquire knowledge through total involvement in the teaching and learning experience.

Another milestone reached; Number of Graduates increased significantly than previous. Performance was optimum

The world was hit with the COVID-19 pandemic but did not shift our focus. BCC-Re-learn, a virtual classroom package was introduced and academic activities continued unabated contributing to another successful graduating batch

COVID-19 infection, effects restrictions abated leading to resumption of face to face classroom activities. We say ayekoo to the newly graduated students. BCC wishes you success as you move to the next stage in your academic pursuit.

Who we are

The school’s governing system represents the highest governing structure of the school. Their mandate is to depict the strategic course of the school in its delivery of seasoned Canadian and other international education services in Ghana
